It has a great location on to a golf course.

The staff are lovely and offer wake up service and ironing free of charge. Great location as it's and just off the real Thailand, and the popular beaches or night clubs by taxi. Laguna Phuket district won't disappoint you.

Friendly staff at check-out made the process smooth and easy. the location is great, close to a 6 km long beach 🏖️, and convenient for exploring the area and getting around.

its location to the pier where we were late already to catch a boat was absolutely perfect and peaceful.

Remote - without own vehicle or taxi nothing goes at all. Shops (pubs) around Laguna are absolutely overpriced.

Partially unfriendly personnel who were not particularly helpful. There was no "briefing" about breakfast (as in another hotel), how the shuttles work or that there are pick up services from nearby restaurants (whose numbers they had ready).

The location was incredible, just a 10-15 minute walk from Angsana Spa. Climate control, a balcony, and a living area were a bonus.

We felt relaxed and therefore had a enjoyable holiday.

The breakfast was a disappointment. The choice of ceral and fruit was the same every day also the cooked items needed to be varied.

Huge space. The equipment is exactly as described. Extra towels / beach towels. There is an iron and ironing board. View of the golf course. Good for a relaxing holiday.

No transfer to the beach or to the town with numerous restaurants. Only a limited number of restaurants or bars within the Laguna area. Overpriced pirate taxis.

The location was outstanding, just a few steps from the bustling city center and the gorgeous beach.

Family style rooms so 3 generations could stay in one room for good value compared to paying for 3 single rooms. Integrated resort so could enjoy facilities at other hotels in the group esp F&B, free shuttles and ferry rides which the kids enjoyed.

Long walk between room and lobby hard for young kids and seniors. Allamanda has also sold the lagoon facing blocks off which are separately managed and let for longer stays, so it lacked the more integrated feel of a resort, staff are fewer and less friendly and the rooms belonging to the hotel proper face the golf course only and are a longer walk from the lobby where breakfast is served and where you get the shuttles and ferries.

Good sized room, the kitchenette was appreciated. Staff very friendly and helpful. Recommended
